After playing the game for 3 months now, I finally made it to Ustiur (level 84 and up). Thanks to the rather nice Ancestral items, I managed to breeze through the early quests and now have made it to the 3rd zone, the wonderfully named Zona Tres. (Some imagination they have have, huh?)
Just got the rescue knight card. I hope it's not much longer until I get Romina. I tried to buy one earlier, when I was entering Torsche, but couldn't afford her. I wanted her then because I need a higher level character; now I just want her for the hell of it, basically.
